I was looking for the shortest length needles for when I do my embroidery projects. I searched all sizes and these are the shortest you can get. They work great and I'm very happy with them.

These needles are very fine. I use them for intricate stitching and most of my hand sewing. I use a needle threader and it makes it possible for the threading of the needle much easier and quicker.

I was having trouble penetrating some closely woven antique fabric I was mending, so I ordered these No. 12 needles because they're thinner. They're great. I am using fine thread and can get it through the needle's gold eye with very little difficulty, even though I'm over 70. I have started using a thimble because the thin needle is a bit sharp even on the eye end.

These are great for hand applique. The eye is a little small. My eyes are the best, and a needle threader won't fit thru the eye. I use 100 wt thread and even that is sometimes difficult to thread. But overall, I highly recommend.

Very sharp needles that I use constantly and I need a lot of them because I lose them somewhere. Perhaps they get lost in my pin cushion.
