This brand of needles is to notch. Very sharp. Doesn’t bend, and the eyes somehow are slightly bigger to allow for easier threading with thicker specialty threads.

I did not know how much easier hand sewing is when you have a nicer needle. They slide through the fabric easily with very little effort.
