Not what I was expecting ideal if you want to cut plain paper but if you need to cut photos then not ideal

No way to know where center is, blade cover slides off but blade is sharp on both sides, so when removing the cover the entire blade went into my thumb. Smallest circle you can make is 4 inches

Good circle cutter when you know where the centre is 10cm is the smallest to 32cm largest. Had to make a template to work centre out, would have preferred to be able to open and use for what I wanted without faffing centre positioning.
