A Chef Master Butane Stove is equipped with an In-Line Regulator. When the pressure of the burner gets to high, flash backs can occur, this is solved by designing the stoves with a pressure-sensing shut off valve to cut off the pressure before flashbacks and injuries occur.
Easy to Dismantle for Cleaning
The Chef Master Portable Camping Stove is super easy to clean. Simply remove the plate from the top of the burner and then you can clean it! Leaving bits of old food and other gunk in your burner can be very dangerous so it is advised to clean the stove after every use.

The stove will only light when you turn the knob far enough. You must turn it PAST the point of resistance at 7pm. Ensure you turn it far enough to make it click loudly.

Ensure you turn the knob PAST the first point of resistance, to make it click. Turn past 7 o'clock towards 6 o'clock.
Did it light once and not again? Simply push the red reset button. The try again.
Please contact the seller if you encounter any problems with lighting the stove. 99% of the time the issue with lighting is user error, where the user is not turning the knob far enough

Some burners have lousy flame control. This oneWe have several of these. All different brands. This one I’d buy again. Great control of the burner flame.

This is a really great little cook stove. Comes in its own carrying box and it's just the right size for camping or just having a cook stove for outside. It uses butane and not propane. Though they do make a model that uses both. This one specially only uses the cans of butane. I like it because it fits inside the little insert which has a cover. Just seems safer than having a 1# propane bottle hanging off the side. This buddy cooks too. Puts out a good amount of heat and has very good adjustment for between high and low flame level. Also has auto start ignitor that works great. I recommend this one.

I got this to use for when I'm canning hot-packed foods. I like to can in large batches, but can't fit my biggest stock pots on the stove with my pressure canner. This extra burner solved that problem easily. No more reaching around a hot canner for smaller, simmering pots. I've burned myself more than once doing that, and have the scars to show for it.This burner was very easy to use, is lightweight and very portable. The case is nice, but seems a bit flimsy. I'll only be using it at home, so it'll be fine on a shelf, but if you plan on taking where it might get jostled around a lot, I don't know how well it'll hold up.The burner itself warped slightly when the butane was locked into place, but flattened out once the stockpot was on it, and was stable and sturdy during use. It didn't wobble or slide on the counter, either. The ignition worked fine for me and the flame was easy to adjust to any level I needed. When I was finished using it, it cooled down quickly, and it was easy to remove the butane cannister, wipe the burner clean, and put it back in the case until my next canning session. I'm probably going to get a second one to make canning even more streamlined, and it's always good to have a backup in the event of an emergency.I love that this burner is safe to use indoors, and hope to be able to can outside with it in the summer months. My only concern is that I don't know if it could handle the weight. I have an All American pressure canner that, when fully loaded, holds 7 quarts and 7 pints. That's a big ask from such a lightweight, portable burner. The canner itself is quite heavy, but add a gallon and a half of water and all those jars? 😬 I'll update if I dare give that a try. On the other hand, I won't hesitate to do single-tiered batches with a water bath canner on it!

My only gripe with where I live now: electric induction stove-top. This have become my go to option for quick sauteing and stir fry. You can fit a decent size pan on top and the butane canisters last a lot longer than you think they would. I recommend using a flat bottomed wok on this.

I purchased this to use in my canning when I needed an additional burner. It works great! I use it nowadays for an additional burner when cooking large meals too. I've even put a large cast iron skillet on it and fried fish just fine. Plenty of heat to keep the skillet and grease hot and get crispy coating on the fish while cooking to flaky goodness.

Tremendous heat output. Water will boil in no time. Light and easy to use. Regulating the flame to low is difficult, it remains high for most of the adjustment range. Wish that was adjustable, too.

I called the number to receive a refund and the phone number attached does not direct me to the company. If the company is reading this, I would like to be connected, and if the issue is resolved I will happily change my review status.This stove unit arrived in good condition and seemed great for the investment, but buyers in Canada beware the butane canister does not work in this unit (butane purchased from big box store in Ontario). I arrived to a campsite ready to cook a meal and it wouldn’t work. After a lot of planning, this was an inconvenience.The company should be aware of this and notify buyers on Amazon Canada especially if selling products on Amazon Canada.
