We must’ve gotten one that is totally wrong. It appears that everything‘s in reverse of what it’s telling you. He still hasn’t figured it out yet. He had to slice it open and he’s doing it one at a time. For instance, the right is actually the left and the left is actually the right white is supposed to be ground, but it’s on the blue. he had to redo it all over take everything apart and he’s still trying to figure out how to get it to work. He’s never had issues before.

Quality okay for price point. This cord is not good in cold weather, it becomes stiff and difficult to deal with.

Couple things to know about this product.1. The red wire is actually pink.2. The plug it comes with is not adjustable and has to be cut out to be changed or repaired so you’ll loose some length and value there.Kind of pay for what you get scenario. Wiring should work fine if that’s all you’re hoping for. I would plan to buy a replacement plug end in the future if I had to buy again.

I had to replace the existing cord as it was involved in an accident. :-) This new cord is nice and long and it was easy to attach the rings to the ends and install it in the junction box. My only advice would be to NOT FORGET to thread the cord into any body frame holes before attaching. I forgot and didn't realize it until I was done with the renovation.
