We had a couple of rubbed bronze faucets that were flaking and showing a few silver spots. As mentioned in other reviews, it is more black but looks so much better and did stop more flaking.

Disappointing - color is more gray/black than bronze. Definitely will not work for touch up on oil-rubbed bronze metal.

I used this product to paint spots on my bronzed aluminum railing bases that had accidentally been removed with paint stripper. The consistency blended well. I did not sand where the paint had been removed and it blended very well.

Touch up paint for oil rubbed bronze bathroom fixtures is hard to find. This product has a lid mounted brush that makes it easy to apply, it's creamy and offers excellent coverage. However, if you're expecting it too match commercially available bronze fixtures... close but no cigar. The tone of this has more of a grayish color than bronze fixtures. I had some gouges that exposed bare metal it fairly unnoticeable places so this worked fine. Your mileage may vary.

I ordered this hoping to touch up the bronze seal around my bathroom drain in the sink. It had gotten discolored from something I poured down the drain! It was easy to use and the color appears to match perfectly although not as shiny as the original coat! But it still blends well enough!I hope it is water resistant enough to hold since it is in the sink!
