the thumbscrew is too short, not enough threads poke through the horizontal support bar to connect with and stabilize my camera. Product design error. Useless to me

It’s ridiculous. The thumbscrew is huge and the hole in the acrylic is puny. So dumb. 🤦Update: I finally figured out how to put it together. That said, I have an older 30" monitor and it does not hang on the monitor as the monitor is just too fat. I am using gaffer tape to hold it down. But it is designed for a skinny monitor.
