I am converting a campervan and bought a big ol' window to install. I had originally purchased a manual caulk gun not realizing that window adhesive is like concrete. I ended up not using enough adhesive because of how challenging it was to get out that I needed to remove the window and start all over again.For my second attempt at the window install I used this electric caulk gun and it made ALL THE DIFFERENCE!! It is so ridiculously easy to use and made life so much easier. I'm using it for other parts of my project and it is so nice to not have to put the effort into caulking. If you are on the fence of buying this stuff and you are able to afford it, I would highly encourage you to buy it.

No reversing motor means manual rod pull after the tube is empty. Put handle down on floor between your feet and then pull hard on the gun. That's the best way to get the rod back out. Not a pleasant experience, I can assure you. On the other hand, the caulking gun works amazingly well when you are actually caulking. It is light and easy to control once you get used to it.

One of the worst tools I've ever bought. Pull the trigger and nothing happens. Bang on it a bit and you MIGHT be able to get it to start working. Pace of the caulk is slow I mean painfully slow, so more often than not after I got it going it would quit on me half way through. This thing is a joke and the people making it if they are not already should be ashamed to produce a tool of such low quality. Don't waste your money and time.

I was a little hesitant about ordering this tool when I saw that Amazon listed it as an often returned item. However, when I received it, and put it to work I was very pleased with the performance. It puts down a good bead very little skip, and most importantly, when you release the trigger the caulk/glue stops without any additional leakage. The key is to remember to take the AA batteries out when you put it away for the next time you use it. The price is reasonable, so it's affordable for the DIYer.

We have a large basement update going on with 1950’s tongue & groove wood paneling that was previously painted by previous owners. We didn’t like how the wood pulled at the seams and decided to caulk it all. It was a HUGE job! After starting with a standard caulking gun we called it quits and ordered this one.There is a slight learning curve, but wow! My hands were saved and it made everything so much easier and faster. The light option was so helpful because we were in the basement. Would buy it again in a heartbeat!

I want to warn those who like to do detailed works, it is very hard to control the speed, and whenever you stop, it takes a couple seconds to squeeze out again(because it releases the pressure every time you stop), and when you see it is coming out it is too late, most likely it is already created a mess. Also it does not come with an attached needle poke, and not cutting lever. It is good for large/continuous caulking though.

This caulking gun works great. It’s light enough to easily handle and simple to use. The speed is set to a good pace and when letting off the trigger it stops right away and doesn’t continue to drip. I bought it to reveal my RV roof and it has gone through 8 tubes without slowing down. My hand would be cramping up with a manual gun!I’m glad I bought it and I highly recommend it.

For the price for this thing. Seems worth it as I use it here and there for the concrete sealer. It's very hard to press those tubes with a manual caulking gun. I am a very fit person and do use a caulking gun a lot too. Only thing I noticed is you have to be careful using the tool as it sometimes pushes too fast I think and the caulk tube output slit is smaller. So the Tigger speed might take some getting use to. Other wise, if you just want to unload a tube fast. It works better for that option, not really good for fine slow work

It does work, flow is decently fast, so I tried a few lines before I went to my real job: sealing window inserts for my campervan. Puzzling, though, is that the LED light goes out after a short line (despite new batteries, and which I changed to another brand on the next window to be on the safe side).
