Increased my productivity and reduced fatigue. Well made. The manual fails to describe all the features but a seven year old can figure it out.. just go and find one and ask. Was most impressed with the low battery consumption. Was using PL Premium and at first, material continued to come out after removing my finger from the trigger.. but later in the day, this stopped... not sure why. But the productivity far outweighs the loss in material. Material is cheap compared to my labor and time.

When I first used it, the flashlight on the front would cut out after any movement. This was easily fixed though. I took the plunger off and removed the tube holder. The light is powered through the holder and there is bare metal where the connection occurs.There was not enough paint removed from the connection portion. I just sanded the area on all sides to make sure the metal was completely bare. After that, no amount of movement turned the light off.Other than that, I used it for 5-6 tubes of silicone caulking without even reducing the battery by 1 bar.This thing makes it so much easier and costs over $100 less than the milwaukee one.

Battery powered vs hand caulking: The contractor was still loading the handheld gun when I handed him the battery powered gun already to go. He laughed and said he didn’t even have time to click the handheld caulking gun one time. The speed was set on low and that was just right for the job he was doing. The contractor is looking forward to continuing using on our project. Battery life is awesome

I am very happy with the tool. It exceed my expectations really.Battery fit is excellent.Battery life is excellent.Tube load is simple nothing special here.The light on the end is more handy than I expected.Balance could be better. Will not start on battery base with a tube loaded. (Small battery)Speed settings are a good spread.Only one real complaint. It does leave about half an inch of material in the tube when it stops pushing. If you are in a hurry you can just ignore that but it's a significant amount of material.If it lasts a few years with my weekend warrior use case, I would say it's a big win.If you are looking for one of these and don't want to spend the Milwaukee price and you have Milwaukee batteries, this is a good buy.

I use Milwaukee tools and therefor only have their batteries. I was looking at the 12v Milwaukee caulking gun, but for some reason on the day I was going to buy it, shipping times were over a week out and prices made it close to $200 everywhere I looked and I wanted something right away. This was shipped in 2 days, and for only $75 I figured I'd give it a shot since its a tool I didn't think I'd be using that often. I assumed it wasn't going to be any better than a regular caulking gun. I did a couple of small rubber roofs and had to apply long beads of seam sealer and this provided a smooth and consistent flow. I also did a chimney reflash, and even though there were no long beads of caulk, it still make the job much more convenient. The gun auto retracts to stop the flow of caulk which is great. All in all, it was worth the money and works great.

Trying to get the perfect bead has been a lifetime frustration. This caulking gun is perfect to dispense the perfect size bead for any job. Large or small. It takes a few minutes of practice establishing the speed to move and what power setting to use but after you get the power and speed setting right, it's perfect. Especially good if you are older because all you have do is pull the trigger. Even better, It fits any DeWALT battery. I love it.

I've been using this tool now for a few months and I'm very happy with it saves me lots of time and energy my forearms not hurting by the end of the day I do a lot of caulking and uncertain jobs and this tool was a game changer very happy with that

I've blown out two different caulk tubes, but as long as you keep the power turned down, move the gun at a consistent speed and keep one hand around the tube to gauge the pressure, it sure beats caulking by hand. It works great with my DeWalt batteries. Caulking still sucks, but at least your hands don't hurt at the end.

Unit worked very well. Makes caulking so much easier. Big jobs are no problem and automatic shut off means less wasted run on after releasing trigger
