I tried needle felting before with no luck. This kit made it so easy! I was able to get it to work on my first try! The thimbles are really necessary, they're really comfortable. When I was lazy and didn't wear them, I instantly regretted it. Now, they don't include instructions. The big multi needle one, that's just unscrewed. That's easy. The single needle is the tough one to figure out. You pull the little piece of wood out of the end, put the needle in so the hook goes in the hole first. The piece of wood will hold it nice and tight. It's a good set. It's definitely all you need other than wool to get started. I just used a piece of white packing foam to felt on.

I’m still new to the world of felting, but this seems like a decent starter set for the price. The leather finger sleeves are a little tight if you have thicker fingers like I do.The Multi needle mount seems to have a bit of a “Offkilter“ set to it in how the needles stick our, maybe that’s on purpose? Maybe it’s a quality control issue🤷🏻♀️

This is a great needle-felting set. There are plenty of needles of each size, two different needle holders (one for detail, one for "body work"), and finger protectors. My daughter needed more needles and had said that she didn't have any good needle holders. She has been very happy with this set. She said the needles are good quality and will hold up well. She loves the larger holder especially because she had been spending hours doing body work with a single needle. The multiple needle holder allows for more efficient felting. I can almost guarantee, now that she has this set, that within the next few weeks she will tell me she needs more felting wool.

Needles are separated into tubes by size which is nice. They do need to be wiped off before use. The leather thimbles are some of the nicer ones I've seen in kits, although they are still rough to get on my large hands. The single and multi tool are both easy to use. The multi tool can be used with as few as on or two which is nice when learning to use more than one needle. I've also used it with one needle just to have a thicker handle.

This little kit comes with all your needle felting tools in one little box! It’s such a nice little kit with excellent quality items inside. The finger protectors are really nice and appear to be leather. The needles come in 3 different sizes and you get a couple different needle handles to use. The box is the perfect size to stick in your purse or tote bag to carry along for a long car ride or break time at work when you just want to pull it out and work on your project for a few minutes. All in all it’s a perfect kit with for a great price! The only thing missing is your felt project!

The needles are great, but are a little brittle. I would recommend this for someone who is just starting felting and is unsure if they'll stick with it.The multi-needle apparatus functions well, but the the insert for the single needle holder ended up getting stuck in the handle. I feel like that was a bit of an oversight, as I have other materials where that hasn't happened. Overall, though, it's not bad.

This set came in its own case and the needles themselves were organized in small clear containers, which were labeled. The set included two finger covers/protectors, which I didn't think I would use, but actually came in handy.

I was very pleased with the quality of this set, particularly for the price. It includes an assortment of needle thicknesses and two handles. The needles fit well and anchored securely in their holes. I also appreciated the finger guards. I've shed blood over my needle felted projects when I was first starting. It's easy to get carried away with the process and jab a finger. (And in my case, it's always the same finger... in nearly the same spot. OUCH.) The leather is a different color than the gray depicted in the listing - a orangey tan color. That doesn't matter to me, but if you are expecting the gray, it may come as a surprise. The leather is thinner than the ones I currently use, but should still be functional. I can't speak to how well the needles hold up yet since I will have to work with them a bit longer, but I'll follow up at a later date. Very pleased thus far.
