I am absolutely upset with this product because it has not even been 5 months and this product motor already died and I have a 15-year-old cat that needs to have a fountain for the filtration and you guys are manufacturing a fountain that has a terrible motor in it plus you have to buy external filters and so now I have to eat the cost of not just the fountain but also the filters that I have purchased not fair not cool you guys are selling a terrible product that is dying and multiple customers are having the same problem. On top of that there is absolutely no way to get a hold of the seller there's no email no phone number no nothing they're supposedly a 1-year warranty on this product and you can't even access the warranty plus my cat now has to suffer because you guys have sold me a bunk product and have given me no way to resolve this problem and through Amazon if I were to return the product I'm going to eat money on it because they're taking money off and that's not cool because not only do I have a full box of filters I which are not cheap I also have a fountain that doesn't work and a fountain that needs to be replaced because my 15-year-old cat needs to have it awesome you guys suck. Sincerely a very disgruntled customer

La fuente es buenísima. No hace ruido. El modelo se parece al grifo del lavabo, el gato bebe muchísimo. Lo aconsejo, de hecho mis amigos/familia también lo compraron y están encantados.

My cat absolutely loved the fountain. In my opinion he drinks more water because of it. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much 😊!!!!!!!

This is a bit bigger than I thought it would be, but still fine. It's VERY quiet. If you can hear the water trickling out, your water level has probably gotten too low. It was very easy to set up. My senior cat took to it right away and started drinking the water as it flowed out of the fountain. She drinks more now & I hope it might help with her dry skin. I would recommend this fountain although I've only had it about 2 weeks. I still think it's great value for the money.

I love this drinking fountain. My kittens have used it since they wre 2 months. Its great, quiet. Very easy to keep clean. Has a slight soft babbling water sound when the reservoir starts to get low, which I love. Its alerts me to check, but its a very pleasant sound. Otherwise, its silent. The kittens took to it right away. A great purchase.

This water fountain was great for my three cats to have in the main room for them all. Good capacity, easy to clean and refill. The appearance blends in nicely. All my cats loved it.But unfortunately just one day shy of 2 months (received 6/25- stopped working 8/24) it literally just stopped working. I was walking by and thought it was out of water but Nope. No water flow. So I cleaned it out throughly as I always do & still no water flow just the little blue light comes on. I didn’t hear any motor noise either. I have changed the little filter as well as stated in the instructions. So I’m not sure what happened. I plugged it in to another outlet and usb box to make sure it wasn’t that and still not working.I don’t want to be worried about replacing something every couple of months bc of a default in a product. I don’t know if anyone else has mentioned this happening but I thought I would give this update in case it happens to anyone else.Initially I wanted to give a 3 star review out of frustration but I did give it a 4 stars ⭐️ bc I do like the fountain. Its capacity is great! It worked very well when it did for my cats and they loved it.

This thing works so great and my cats love it. I have 3 cats and 1 dog, and they ALL love to drink out of it. There is often a line, or even some fights, over who can drink out of it.Whenever I take it apart for cleaning, they all get upset and watch me very closely to see when it's ready. While it's drying, the cats will sit in my kitchen sink because they know it has flowing water, and they now demand the flowimg water source.Since I have 4 animals using the fountain, I have to clean it much more often than 30 days. Usually once a week, but I also will add new water about every other day.This is a very worthwhile investment because it is easy to clean, easy to use, and the animals all love it. It also doesn't take up much space.I highly recommend this product for anyone with any animals, even dogs. The flowing water seems to make them more interested in drinking more water more often, which is a huge deal especially for cats.

Compré la fuente para mis gatas después de vérsela a una amiga y estoy encantada con ella. No hace nada de ruido, es muy fácil de poner en marcha y la verdad es que las gatas la usan mucho, les anima mucho a beber el ver agua corriente.

I recently adopted a cat and where she came from she just had a water dish. After a day of hiding she came out and started drinking from the continuous Clean water system. She loves it. It’s so quiet and a nice size. Not to big. Filters will be easy to change. I can go away for a day or two and know my kitty has clean water while I’m away. I’m very happy with this product. Works as expected and performd very well. No leaking water stays in containers no splashing. I highly recommend

Der Trinkbrunnen in schwarz macht einen edlen Eindruck und funktioniert einwandfrei. Meine Katzen haben ihn sofort angenommen. Besonders gefällt mir auch, dass es zwei verschiedene Filter gibt. Die Pumpe lässt sich leicht reinigen und die Filter haben auch einiges an Flusen Katzenhaaren herausgefischt. Also: top!

My cats finally have a fountain they use for drinking rather than splashing water. They like the faucet design that duplicates drinking from the sink. The reservoir holds an adequate amount of water without a lot of spillage when they stick in their paws. It is also the quietest one I have ever seen. I dropped a star for the fact that it’s virtually impossible to see the water level. The pretty blue light is really only visible in a totally dark room. Even with the light visible, the water level is not clear. Also, the only filters that fit are theirs, and they are not cheap. This would have led to another dropped star, but the cats objected because they like it so much.Update:Dropped more stars - the only good thing I can say is that it still works. After a while the lack of visibility grew into more than a minor annoyance. I hated to spend the money on a new one. There must be something wrong with my eyesight because I totally couldn’t see the water level through the black plastic. This resulted in it frequently running dry and spillage from overfilling because I couldn’t see the level. The faucet only produced a weak stream because the bottom was almost flattened - something about fitting a square peg into a round hole made it not secure. Then there were the difficult to find and overpriced filters because others didn’t fit.
