New Age Imports, Inc. - Cast Iron Mortar & Pestle Set.
Created in the same style of a cast iron cauldron, this mortar and pestle set is a witchy way to bring herbs and minerals into your spell mixes and blends. Resting upon three small legs, the cauldron rise up to a height of 2" and a diameter width of 4 1/2" where the carrying handle meets the mouths` brim. The mouth of the mortar itself measures approximately 3" in diameter, goes to a depth of 1 1/2", making use of almost the entire space of the cauldron and allowing it contain a great deal of material. The pestle measures about 4" in length and fits comfortable to your hand. Also made of cast iron, its weight will help do much of the work for you and its durability will help you grind many of the toughest materials. Together, it makes for a great piece symbolic of rebirth and change in which you can create your spell mixes or even burn incense if you so desired.

Item arrived missing the pestle. I paid for import duties to ship from US, I will not be paying the tariff to return it! The cauldron itself is very nice, my wife is using it to store loose jewellery.

I have been searching for perfect one. I’ve had a marble one before and it was too heavy and chipped when I was grinding up herbs. This is very durable and color is perfect. It’s easier to grip. I can get everything literally in powder form without it looking chunky.

Fun to use to grind up all sorts of things. It works great for one thing and the sound is fun to listen to, and it looks cute just chilling out wherever as a bonus.

It’s smaller than most of the images dictate, but it works as intended! Also, for those who don’t know, since it’s cast iron, you’re not supposed to wash it with soap

This is very cute and well made, but definitely smaller than you think it would be. I couldn't go ham crushing some seeds I needed to crush because I made a mess everywhere. Oh well. Still looks good on my counter and I can do small amounts of stuff in it.

Las dimensiones lo hacen perfecto para rituales y altares con poco espacio. Además, es una pieza de excelente calidad. Es maciza y su grabado, aunque sencillo, le da un toque de misticismo natural. Una excelente opción para un altar portátil.

Love this! It's on the smaller side, but since I read the dimensions I understood that. The detail is quite nice, and the mortar and pestle are actually heavier than expected, and seem to be of good quality so far. I've used it a handful of times so far and had no issues. Cleaning it is fairly east, although I'm not sure that I would put it in a dishwasher.

Very sturdy mortar and pestle. Makes a wonderful gift or even for yourself if you don't want a really heavy pestle and mortar in the kitchen :D
