Este es un dispositivo propietario que solo funciona con aplicaciones Casio Chordana y Casio Music Space.aparece como dos dispositivos independientes(midi y audio)Te convierte cualquier teclado Casio compatible en un altavoz inalámbrico en Windows y Androids o iphones.Inútil intentar sincronizar como midi con bluetooth, solo sincroniza dentro de las apps de Casio en Android.No existe interfaz o host para usar como controlador midi en windows ni software ni hardware.si querias usarlo con programas de grabacion y escritura de notaciones, partituras o reproductores multimedia o incluso (como yo queria) usar el ct-s01rd como controlador para vst host y la aplicación Anvil studio, mejor usa el socket usb micro. este producto es un gimmick para las apps de Casio.

Not as reliable as typical bluetooth devices. It does not seamlessly connect using Simply Piano or Playground sessions.

Gasto inutil, solo funciona en android e ios mediante la aplicacion propia de la marca, antes llamada "Chordana", ahora "casio music space" tambien transmite audio en prtocolo a2dp, es decir audio de cualquier dispositivo directo a las bocinas, pero va algo desfazado...es muy notorio si estas reproduciendo un video, No hay modo de conectarlo a windows, En celulares se debe tener abierta la aplicacion de casio para lograr un poco de interaccion con otras aplicaciones por ejemplo synthesia, por ejemplo, la cual se limita a mostrar en pantalla que tecla tocas, sin posibilidad de que el celular envie informacion de retroalimentacion como sonar las notas, metronomo o activar las luces del teclado, pues los puertos quedan secuestrados por la aplicacion de casio, donde todos los subprogramas funcionan correctamente y con casi nula latencia..... terminarás conectando por cable directo a windows, si lo quieres para lo mismo que yo, pues no existe modo de conectar con windows este dispositivo. y es bastante costoso, al momento de mi compra valio un tercio de lo que costó el teclado s450

Horrible experiencia de comprar este carisimo dongle esperando que funcione en PC como controlador MIDI y cuando lo fui a usar me enteré que CASIO no lo está facilitando.Una verdadera estafa.

I purchased this for my Casio LK-S450 keyboard. I hate to say I had connectivity issues. Yes, I followed the instructions and yes, I understood that the connectivity setup is done within the app. It was hit or miss and enough of a hassle to reach over and plug in the USB midi cable and moved on. The Bluetooth Midi adapter has potential to be a great convenance, but based on my experience it isn't there yet. I looked to find out what version of Bluetooth it used and I never found a clear answer. I strongly feel it's old school technology. I also discovered that this adapter does not unlock any super features that the USB midi cable doesn't provide. I like Bluetooth, but in this case I'm happy with a dependable cable.

I wasted too much time with this. It may have been a repackaged defective item since it was just loose in the box. Pairing was flaky on my Android phones and tablets. Sometimes I could get audio and no midi, other times the other way around even though I followed the video on the Casio Music Gear channel. I was able to pair audio with a Win11 computer, but it would never connect with midi. In the end, I just connected my Casio CT-S1 keyboard to my computer and tablet using a USB cable and audio cable.I'm not sure why I thought an $80 BT device would be better than the two cables I already had.

I bought this for my Casio Casiotone CT-S1 and it unlocks a variety of functionality for it that, in my opinion, made it worth its cost even though it was nearly half the price of the keyboard.My primary use for it is to pair my Macbook or iPhone to my keyboard and use its speakers to play music. The speakers on the keyboard are decent enough so in purchasing this product, I basically bought a $70 Bluetooth “speaker”that doubles as a keyboard. Very neat.One great feature when using this pairing device is that the audio from your phone/laptop/music player will not mute the keyboard’s audio. So when you play on the keyboard, you will hear both the notes and the device’s audio. The two audios together sound very natural in that it doesn’t cut out/interfere with your music or distort it in any way. With this function, you can play/practice along to songs, etc.This device also allows you to use the keyboard as a Bluetooth MIDI device that works with DAWs. It was a a bit awkward for me to setup and use it with Logic Pro. I’m a beginner with Logic Pro though so others may have a better experience with that.Casio also has an app for phones/tablets that has songs with sheet music to practice along with on your keyboard. This product allows you to pair your keyboard to the app and such, but I tried it once and will likely never use it for that again. There’s just a lot better options to practicing than using the Casio app.All in all, this is a great product and I highly recommend it to anyone who owns a Casio keyboard that supports this device.

I purchased this so that I could use my keyboard with Simply Piano. It works for that purpose and every other piano app I have tried. I do have to reconnect it each time I turn on the keyboard via the Casio piano app but that’s easy enough.
