Fantastic product. I'm not sure anything on Earth can stick to the surface of this pan! I got sick and tired of cooking sunny side up eggs and having to scrub the darned pan afterwards because of bits that stuck. This never happens with this pan, literally nothing has stuck. I am so glad I paid the money for this pan, great design and it really IS non-stick!

This pan costs WAY too much to only be good for 3.5 months. Scratched despite taking every precaution - not even heavy use! This pan was only used about 3-4x a week!I am very careful with my cookware, and of course I only used wood and silicone utensils. I never left this pan “soaking” in the sink so there were no chances for cutlery to be tossed on it. I also don’t stack my pans, so the scratches did not develop due to poor storage. Couldn’t have been caused by someone else. SOMEHOW this wildly overpriced piece of junk developed scratches. It was nice to have for 3 months because of how ridiculously easy it was to clean - I have a very small, awkward sink and my large cast irons were getting difficult to clean with my growing pregnancy getting in the way. I just needed this pan to get me through this “bump” and it didn’t last for even half the pregnancy. I haven’t even had the baby yet before this piece of trash gave out.I’ve used much cheaper nonstick in the past that didn’t even develop superficial scratches after years of daily use! I was a fool to fall for this healthier ceramic marketing hype.Back to cast iron and carbon steel for me, just 2 more weeks of uncomfortable, awkward washing for me.

This is the best pan I’ve ever owned, and I’ve been through many pans. It is non stick and everything cooks very well. It cleans well. As long as you take care of it, and clean it like you are suppose to it will last you a long time. It’s a nice size, and the colors it comes in are beautiful.

AWESOME 😎If I could leave 10 stars, I would! This company is great. I ordered two 12” sauté ceramic pans with lids. They are fantastic. A little heavy but it’s ok. I like that. Made very well. Cooks so evenly. Wipes out with a paper towel! Couldn’t be happier 💙 would like to purchase other products!

I’m very pleased with this pan! It’s well built, sturdy and it really works! It is a bit heavy but I see that as a sign of quality. The lid fits well and I love the color. Definitely give it a try if you want a safe , nontoxic, nonstick pan.

I like how deep it is, you can put alot of stuff in it and it don't run over. I like the color. Easy to clean, nothing sticks to the bottom on low heat. It is well made. The cover is a little heavy but not bad. It's made solid. I hope it lasts for a long time for the price. I do like it.

Bought this pan for my daughters birthday, she received it, opened the box and the handle is loose. No, it was not damaged in shipping (box does not have a dent in it), sounds more like pour quality control. Very disappointed, I will contact Caraway and voice my opinion personally. After Contacting Caraway, it was explained to me that this company is an unapproved re-seller. They are selling this pan at twice the price (Caraway is selling them at $145.My own fault for not being more diligent, lesson learned.

I had to buy an silicone sheath to grab the handle. The first time I used this pan it worked just fine, as well as my Calphalon set did when I first got it 25 years ago but it started sticking and had to be replaced at 5 years old. My point is cooking once doesn't offer a complete analysis. I would need to use it a lot more. It would be better is the lid was tempered glass not a solid chunk of metal. I like to see my food cooking with the lid on and not be forced to remove it to examine the progress. I suspect the lid would also get too hot to handle but I haven't tried it "yet". Coefficient of thermal conductivity "k" seems to be good as the food processed evenly.

Who doesn’t monitor their cooking, e.g eggs, sauces, onions etc…!!?? I have to constantly lift and peek letting out heat and dripping water. It’s a huge pain. I try to balance a clear lid from my old pan but it doesn’t quite fit. Otherwise I like the pan itself.
