Great quality! These are much more expensive than regular pans, but their quality is far superior. They also look fantastic and are built with non-toxi coatings, which is a huge plus.

These pans and everything I've ever gotten from this brand is simply amazing. You get two of these pans, which come nicely packaged. The 9"x13" size is perfect for almost everything I make, including anything from casseroles to brownies. They're exceedingly easy to use and clean, and it's why I end up using them for just about everything that requires this size pan. I love that you don't have to add a bunch of butter or oil or whatever to make sure nothing sticks. Whatever these are coated with make them seriously nonstick, and I've never had an issue getting these clean. I love the color of them, too, and there's something homey about the almond shade. I will absolutely get more from Caraway, because every pan/pot I've ever gotten from them has always become my go-to when cooking. If you're in the market for new 9"x13" pans, I highly recommend getting these.

I am delighted with this pair of Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic 9"x13" rectangular pans. They were packed with great care (so much so that I wondered why a metal pan needed so much cardboard to protect it!).The pans are lighter in weight than I had expected, and I was at first glance skeptical that they warranted their hefty price tag. But then I used them for oven-baked spareribs. My family loves this dish, but they usually groan over clean-up. (The cook relaxes while the non-cooks clean up after meals.) This time, though, clean-up was a breeze. Rib grease and baked-on barbecue sauce washed off with ordinary soap & a sponge. No Dawn Powerwash - no soaking overnight - no Scrub Daddy. These pans made a believer out of me!

I've been using glass casserole pans for baking. They work really well, wash easy without anything stick on it. They're quite heavy, and I have to be very careful since I know they're breakable.I tried these pans and they're lighter and I don't need to worry about breaking them when my hand slips. They sure are non-stick. Very nice, warm ivory-cream color. The size is great that I can make casserole for the whole family. I did not know this brand until now, but they sure make great products. The only thing is the price. I'm not sure if I could justify spending $110 for two baking pans. This will be a very nice hose-warming gift or wedding gift, though. I'm sure these will be loved for a long time.

Wonderful pans! They are made with a nice hefty weight to them. They are coated on the outside which is well done and has not started to come off yet. Non-stick so you do not need to use any kind of spray or oil to keep things from sticking. They are a little pricey, but they are worth it.

These pans are a great size, seem well constructed, have a great finish, and work really well. The handles are ok, but I despise the rivets inside the pan. The rivets are stainless, not nonstick, so food gets stuck to them. The nonstick coating seems solid, for now. It's stated to be some type of ceramic but the care instructions leaved me concerned that it won't last long. Maybe it will. So far, so good. The finish looks good on the exterior and I haven't used them enough to assess the durability yet. At the price point of $99 for two, my suggestion is to look at another brand. They're nice, but I can't justify double or triple the price of other pans stating ceramic coated.

These are crazy good baking pans! Caraway has done a great job in creating luxury quality products. The feel of these pans is heavy and incredibly sturdy. The packaging was extremely impressive. While this is a high price point, you are definitely getting what you paid for. The handles are solid and affixed across the edge of the pans. They are super easy to lean - you can even just wipe it off! The nonstick functionality is incredible. I baked a cake, and it just slid off! I highly recommend these if you are looking for luxury cookware.

These are everything you expect of the high quality brand Caraway. They are beautiful, they are quality, they arrive packaged like a gift, they arrive with information, they perform as a dream, they clean up in a snap. That is the summary, but I could opine for days over this line. I love everything about it. I have an induction range, but a hidden one as my cooktop (undermount Invisacook) and Caraway pots saved my cooking without my having to spend for the $600-1000 set of cookware. For these particular baking pans, they are twin pans so that you can make a double batch of whatever you are baking, or two slightly different batches of something (dietary adjustments for example). They arrive packaged in about 5 layers of boxes so they will arrive completely intact to your destination. They are packed into a molded-cardboard gift-type box, lovely. The surface is super slick. The instructions say you can add a bit of oil or a layer of flour if you need, but I often just place my items directly upon the pan without flour (for example for a pizza on my larger tray that I received previously). For this set, perfect for grilling veggies or making brownies for example, these can replace an 8x8 inch baking pan with this rectangular shape. In other words these are your smaller set to have on hand. They perform MUCH better than my pyrex 8x8 pans, no more sticking to deal with, easy to transfer to another dish if I desire, or because these are so lovely I can serve straight from these dishes.Highly recommended, both Caraway and this particular offering from Caraway.
