Comes with absolutely no instructions on where to mount the sensor. Also it only has a 4’ lead so you are very limited to where it can go.I put it under the truck just outside the frame rail but that doesn’t seem to work. There’s also no back light so it’s even more useless at night.

Temp is about 75 but showing 85 for 20 minutes. Sensor is on upper door jam.

This thermometer is quite accurate. My only complaint would be it take awhile to change when temp rises or falls but is accurate when it finally settles down..
