The pad arrived damaged: the binding glue had dried up.and the boards were all loose. The way to implement a return was not as simple as with other items. After seeing if I could purchase something comparable and realizing I could not, I decided to keep the bits I could salvaged. Canson is usually synonymous with quality…. Very disappointing

These boards are cool. I've ordered these and the mixed media ones they are basically the same so get whichever ones cheaper if your looking for smooth boards the water color ones have a slight texture to them. All canson art boards are 10/10

Good, sturdy boards -- good for pen and ink (which was my end need). There are smoother and more costly boards out there, but for the money, this is certainly good enough for casual artistic use or school projects.

I liked the product a lot. Though it was my first time I worked on it but the experience was beautiful. I think when working with acrylics one should try this board.

I love these Artboards! They are thick and sturdy and are great for drawing on. You can hang them up as is or put them in a frame.

This is the best hot press illustration board. I work with very fine brush and the brush glide very easily. You can apply gouache totally flat and opaque

A bit pricey but it's worth the buy if your using pen graphite or markers, but is not good for colored pencils at all

I have struggled to find a sturdy illustration board that has a smooth finish.This illustration board has a very smooth, drawing-like-paper finish and is very durable. It will not rip or break. You have to use a sharp knife to cut but it does cut very nicely. There is not a grid to help with precise cutting.There are 10 boards in each set.

I would reserve this purchase for a brick and mortar art store. It's too easy to sing up the corners of a watercolor pad.
