CanDo Polyethylene White Foam Rollers are economical, versatile and easy to use. Prevent future muscle injury by using these rollers to enhance your balance, improve core strength, and increase flexibility. These foam cylinders are perfect for positioning, balance, muscle posture re-education, spinal stabilization, and other strengthening and range of motion exercises. They are great to use for physical therapy, yoga, exercising, stretching, or resting.
Use round rollers to enhance your workout by making push-ups, planks and other exercises more challenging. After a workout, use round rollers to give yourself a deep tissue massage, slowly rolling over various areas of your body. You break up scar tissue, and speed up workout recovery. Round rollers offer progressive exercise sequences - users can graduate from an easier (smaller diameter) roller to a more difficult (larger diameter) roller.
Half round rollers are a great tool for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation. You can also use them as a rocker board by standing on its flat side to improve your balance. The diameter refers to the width of the half-round profile.
The CanDo Polyethylene White Foam Rollers are available in 48", 36", 30", 24", 18" and 12" lengths and 3", 4", 6" or 8" diameters with either a round (circular) or half-round (semi-circular) profile. The 6" diameter version is most popular among users, while the shorter length versions are ideal for homes and small clinics. Its extruded polyethylene 2.0 lb density provides a moderate firmness. The foam is strong enough to be used by large adults and active children. These rollers are perfect for all body types from beginners, to professional athletes. This works great for my neck and shoulders, and I do like that it's lightweight, but it seems overpriced for the material - it feels like you might be able to get an equivalent at a craft shop or home repair store for a fraction of the price.

I bought this product to roll my flat feet on. It’s soft enough, yet firm. It’s a great size, doesn’t take up much space, hides well under the couch until I need it, and fits my feet well.

I packed this in my suitcase to use after skiing. I was able to toll out my hips, it band and neck. I don’t know how long it will last or if it would compress with someone heavier, but it made it through 3 days of use for a 130# person.

This is false marketing! The product itself is much much smaller than the image displayed. Also, the price for this product is way too high compared to the actual cost of the materials that goes into this product (it probably costs 50 cents or less to make this piece of foam). Again, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Se ve chafa, parece como de alberca PERO funciona súper bien, está algo chico, como 30 cm mas o menos, para el precio es buena opción en especial si es el primer “foam roller” que pruebas

Es un rollo demasiado pequeño, prácticamente lo cubro con mi espalda cuando me recuesto sobre el, así que no me funcionó para los ejercicios para lo que lo necesitaba. Es mejor invertir en uno de mayor precio ya que éste no lo vale.
