Disappointing I had to order another from another company. Not sure if it happened in shipping cuz the box was trashed BUT it should of been packed better for sure which is on the manufacturer

The part arrived broken. Paid extra for overnight shipping and received a damaged item. I was refunded for the expedited shipping cost at least . I opted for a replacement but there was no option for expedited shipping so that puts me out at this point 2 full additional days of not being able to use my washer. Very disappointed and hoping the replacement is also not damaged. I will update / additional once I receive a usable part.

Put machine on it's side. Pull insulation blanket away. Three screws to remove pump. Diagnose turn spin/drain on. Old pump impeller was all loose. Pull cover bottom of pump, pull electrical plug off. Replace new pump. Plug in electrical and drain hose. Easy fix. Quality pump.

Valve worked flawlessly & was extremely easy to replace. Didn’t need to remove the back. Just tip washer on its front & work from the bottom. While you’re there, reach up and get the service manual on the inside front panel.

Local appliance shop wanted almost $200 for this pump. So glad i bought this one and waited a few days for its delivery. A few screws and its on and working .
