According to the title, this set is a replacement for the factory suspension rods installed in my Amana NTW4516FW2 washer. When I went to install them, they were approximately 1/2 inch longer than the originals. I needed to get the washer working again so I figured worst case I could cut them down and rebend the hook to make them match. I decided to try them as-is first and see what happens.As I was installing them I discovered the second issue - the bottom part of the new ball joint (socket) does not fit the washer either. The hole in the frame is too small, and the new socket has plastic tabs sticking out on the bottom that the old part did not have. I ended up using the old bottom sockets with the new top ball connectors. The old sockets seemed to still be in good shape so just reinstalled them and used the new top ball mounts. They seemed to fit together fine, so I reassembled the washer and it seems to be running fine. My wife has probably done 10-12 loads of laundry and the machine runs smoother and quieter than it has in months.

Found these as a suggestion for a possible fix while searching online. Grabbed these on the cheap thinking if it doesn't work, I'm not out much. Much to my surprise, these were easy to put in following some instructions I found online and immediately completely resolved my spin cycle thrashing issue

These rod do work with the amana washer, however the little things that it comes with, I don’t know the caps or whatever they do not fit the Amana washer. I did replace the rods however I had to reuse the cap that the washer had which are not in the best condition, but I had to reuse them. My washer is working perfectly is not making that banging noise that it was before, I did this with the help of my brother, but it was done by us not a professional, so it was very easy. The only complaint is that the cap that it brings it does not the fit the washer , I did this with the help of my brother, but it was done by us not by a professional, so it was very easy. These rod do work with the amana washer, however the little things that it comes with, I don’t know the caps or whatever they do not fit the Amana washer. I don’t have a photo as they’re already in the machine. I will basically just add to what others have said regarding the cap things, keep the original ones from your machine as these don’t fit properly, they’re too big, but everything else was exactly what we needed to fix our machine! For reference we have the model number NTW4605EW0 Amana. The rods seem to be just fine in length. No issues at all. My husband had put the front 2 on in moments, the back two he needed me briefly to help tilt the machine and hold the lid so it didn’t cover the area he was working on. All in all for never having done anything remotely close to this type of work it didn’t take more than 20-30 minutes from searching for YouTube videos to finish. He posted the whole thing on TikTok to help others not only with installation but to find the most reasonably priced and good reputation seller. I’d highly recommend these before calling a repairman and specifically this seller as they have the best price and delivered within 24 hours.

This item does not fit the washer as described so had to wait to return and be able to buy another set that fit. The plastic part that fit on top of the washer are too big and therefore useless. The suspension rod also look terrible weak compare to the OEM one

My washing machine was shot before I ordered this. It saved me from having to make an emergency purchase of a new washer. Installation was easy (I suggest having a friend help) It seems to be made of good quality, I haven't had any issues with it since installing

Easy to install, watched a couple you tube videos. This was the correct part number but the suspension rods were a little longer. The nylon seat would not fit so I left the old ones on. Even though they were a little long they still fit and washer spins perfectly and fixed the problem. Easy quick fix for a long term problem. I tipped the washer on one side to do 2 replacements, then tipped it on the other side to do the other 2. I think I could replace all 4 now in about half an hour after doing it for the first time.
