The Coleman folding ovens do not work well on their own. A pizza stone, a thermometer and this blanket will make yours work very well. It fits perfectly and works great!!!!

This welding blanket, which is cut and sewed to fit a camp oven works beautifully. It fits the Coleman camp oven, and also the modern innovations camp oven, which I’m using, and which is almost exactly the same dimensions as the Coleman, except for an inch taller. This blanket significantly reduces fuel usage, and makes control of the oven temperature much easier. Highly recommended.

Used this on our last camping trip and I think it really helped the little oven keep the temp I wanted. If you are looking at this and wondering if it will really help your Coleman Oven maintain a more even, easier to control temperature, I think the answer it yes!It fits really nice, I used some magnets to keep it snug and to make sure any breeze could not get in between, or blow it off of the oven.I've seen lots of folks making these out of this same type of welding blanket material, and you can do it also, but I was being sort of lazy and just wanted to buy this one pre-made. I'm really glad I did. I did not have to cut or sew (YAY!) and the price was a reasonable trade for that. It has worked really well!

I love the little coleman oven and we bring it with us everytime we go camping, it's excellent for pizza and cinnamon rolls. However, as anyone that own one will tell you, it's not great at heat retention and there are a lot of hole for wind to blow through.Many people buy welding blankets and cut/sew them to fit the oven, I opted for furnace flue tape to seal the holes but wasn't willing to make the blanket. Was very happy to see a premade one that wasn't on etsy or costs more than the stove. The blanket has worked well and not burned, I didn't directly test the fireproofing but I'm not too concerned.

I have one of those ovens that sits on a camping stove and I have had to sort of rig an insulated cover to keep the heat in. I'm so happy to find this item! It works as described and is easily stored. Made well and works. I hope you find this review helpful..
