The "Onlyfire 15pcs Camping Cookware Mess Kit" is a great camp/cook set.I love how compact this set is and how compact that packs down and stores. It is very lightweight and you can shove it about anywhere, great for car camping and maybe backpacking too if you don't take the entire kit. The entire kit is a little over 3lbs and in my personal opinion is way over my weight limit for backpacking, but taking one or two pieces may be okay.The entire set is great, but I will get the most use out of the frying pan and the kettle. Works great with a small cook/camp stove. Nice that the have insolated handles, but you still need to make sure that the flame is directly under the pot, frying pan, or whatever as handles can still get a little hot.Overall, it's great little kit. I do wish that it stated somewhere what the coating on the aluminum is. It says "high quality non-toxic materials" but what is that and is that true? To me it kind of looks a little like it is hard anodized aluminum, but not sure. I am guessing not, as if it is was they would have stated so.

I got this mess kit for cooking and eating at a LARP. I've had similar kits but they were all smaller and none of them had a kettle! I really like having a kettle while camping for boiling water and making tea. Not all camp sites for LARP will let you cook but these will work great with my propane stoves.My twin who does most of the cooking cautions that the pot included can only really make servings for one to two people, especially if you know your crew has big appetites - families take note you are going to want more than one! I really got it mostly for cooking my own food. Also to use as dishware for whatever meals the LARP (or my twin) are currently serving. With all the plates and bowls included I can finally have plenty to use for the weekend. Love this kit!
