This works great for cleaning my cast iron pans without removing seasoning. Not overly harsh on them at all. Just a little squeeze and some light scrubbing with a chain mail scrubber and they are clean. I’ve tried several other cast iron cleaning products and this is my go to. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I'm not particularly good with the maintenance of cast iron pans. I find the idea of not cleansing them to be repulsive, even if I know that I am ruining everything that makes cast iron good by doing so. This cleaner has been a nice compromise. It isn't highly stripping, and also helps to break down the extra fats that I don't want sticking onto the pan. It has helped minimize flavor and odor transfer between cooking one meal to the next and my pan looks better than it has in years. I follow-up this up with the conditioner, adding a bit to the pan and heating it into the pan before storing it. Love it.
