The Cable Matters 10 Gigabit SFP+ to LC Multimode Transceiver Module is rated for the extreme demands of 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-SR). It is designed for maximum equipment compatibility with SFF-8431, SFF-8432 and IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-SR.

Bought 5 packs and installed in my Cisco 9300s, 2960s, and CBS350s. Haven't had issues with connectivity or speed and way cheaper then Cisco SFPs

I got these for a run from the house to the shed, for a couple Unifi switches. They worked great, no problems and have been running reliably for a couple months now.

The units I received are not the same as what is pictured. The SFP release lever is a wire (about the diameter as a large paper clip) instead of (what looks like) the sturdier arrangement pictured. But, at least these modules connected at 10G right off the bat between my UniFi USW-Pro-Max-48 and UniFi USW-Pro-Max-16 switches.
