Not durable at all…do not recommend.i rarely use it, maybe once a week and it’s only been 18 months. The charging port is broken and hard to get any customer support on this.

Oh, I bought it through a friend's recommendation. This real pot is very useful and is also used frequently in our family. But its only drawback is that it is difficult to clean due to scale. Anyway, it is already great. I like this product

Best steamer I have ever used. High quality and good looking steamer, not too bulky which can be fit under the cabinet. I have been using it to steam Veggies. Meat, corn, buns for past two weeks without problem. It is very ease to use and saved a lot of cooking time for us, very speedy electric steamer. Love it.

Really scary, the power cord and base station was both burned by the electric. Don't think I can use it safely.===Updated, contacted the customer support and get a replacement, customer service team offered very good product support and get the issue addressed.

I bought this product on November. But it showed an error called E4 which can not be fixed after followed the manual. After 3 months use I gave up and wanted to try to contact the customer service, although it could be a no–solution end. The excellent customer service helped me to replace a new one and patiencly answered all my questions. Thanks to Rika now I have a good working steamer.

Since I had a new born it is very hard for me to find time to cook sometime I like to eat while cooking baby food ….. Until I found this. It steams perfect egg , fish, while steaming some carrots 🥕 and 🥔 potatoes for baby. There is no water leak, very easy to clean, and work well.It comes with a menu which can give you a lot ideas for cooking as recipes, and it’s timed function can prevent water dying out to damage the pot and good, also keeps the food taste. I am so happy about it .

I just want to say the whole shopping experience with Buydeem has been really great, despite the initial hiccup where the steamer arrived with stewpots missing! The customer service was very fast to respond and shipped the missing part immediately within 24hrs. This steamer is very easy to use and clean. I am very amazed at how smart the design is where the dirty condensation water does not flow back to the source water used to create the steam. So you really just need to clean the parts that the food touches, and can let the steamer out to dry without needing to wash it. I would recommend 100% this steamer and feel safe the seller will deliver!
