Great product. Good for biracial skin - not many products are so this is a keeper. Have bought this again and again over past 4 yrs and it's the only thing I've put on both my babies nappy areas. I also use it all over their bodies after the bath. When it's really cold I carry a pot in my bag and put an extra layer on their delicate facial skin once we arrive at a freezing cold beach walk, for example.I prefer it in a tube for hygiene but it's hard to squeeze the last bit out, the tub is better for reaching all the product so pros and cons there.

This stuff is the best for dry, chapped hands! Believe me, I have tried a lot of products including aquaphor. I don’t care for the smell of this balm, but it works wonders for someone like me who washes their hands A LOT daily.

Best cream I have purchased for my children’s eczema and my baby’s diaper rash. I have tried other anti-allergenic options, including an EWG approved lotion that made my child’s eczema itchier.At first, was taken aback by the fragrance because it is not labeled as having any. It is a pleasant smell but quite a bit stronger than I expected. Stays on my hands for a while after applying to my kids skin. I wish this were more clearly labeled as some people can be very sensitive to fragrance.

I received this item today. I know Burt’s Bees products are excellent. I had never used this one, and I was looking forward to a natural ointment. The smoothness and the pleasant smell are the two ingredients of having very soft skin. I recommend this product.

Love the texture of it went on really smooth it does have a Vaseline type texture but just smoother like it's been maybe whipped a little bit but I loved it all day coverage with no lags in between

Our baby had gotten a diaper rash and previously we had applied Desitin and it took care of it fast. This time it wasn’t working and the rash got bigger, and it seemed like the Desitin was bothering our baby when we applied it. I found an article talking about the best creams for diaper rash and Burt’s Bees was on the list and it said it was the most soothing. The reviews were very good so we ordered and after the first application we noticed a difference, and our baby didn’t seem uncomfortable with it like she had before. Within a day the rash was gone! After reading the reviews I also plan to get one for my hands which get dry and irritated from so much washing. So grateful for Burt’s Bees.
