We missed a poopy diaper on our newborn and he developed a real raw rash in between his cheeks. We tried a few different creams with more no visible results including A&D and a 40% zinc oxide cream. Our pediatrician recommended this so we figured we'll give it a go. Within a week new skin developed and little guy is as happy as he could be.

I got a full size sample in a Prego Expo goodie bag and I became obsessed! My daughter is only 10 months old but I'm on my 4th tub because I use it for everything! Got a bug bite? Pinxav! The cat scratched you? Pinxav! Got a sunburn at the beach? PINXAV! We can't get enough!Nothing has worked as well as this! I've tried all the big brands of diaper cream and several smaller brands but nothing compares to Pinxav! THIS STUFF IS THE BEST!!!My husband likes to say I'm like the dad from "My big fat Greek wedding" instead of windex I use Pinxav! 🤣🤣

My daughter developed a severe diaper rash with the formula nutramigen, and despite prescription ointments, and constantly changing/airing out nothing would make it go away.My baby would scream and cry all day because of how much it hurt. Turns out nutramigen makes their bowels more acidic and so every time she went, it was instant pain. This is the ONLY cream, that has not only improved it, but almost instantly made it go away.This cream is the holy grail, thank you!

This is hands down the best ointment for when my baby has a diaper rash. it works great for bug bites too or anything else that may irritate the skin

I can’t say enough about this stuff. My daughter had the worst diaper rash I’ve ever seen and NOTHING was helping. You name it I tried it not even a compound made by the pharmacy would work and then I came across this and thought why not try it and I’m so so glad I did. I ordered the Tube of it and was so impressed I then ordered the tub. I always have this on hand. It has a nice minty sent and really thick. A little goes a long way.

Absolutely necessary for any/all baby diaper rash that you can’t get rid of.Our daughter was recently teething, causing the ph in her pee to become really acidic, and therefore lead to the most horrendous diaper rash we’ve ever experienced. We tried literally everything. Baking soda, goats milk powder, turmeric & colloidal oats bath soaks. We made our own butt cream and then decided to try to treat her with every kind of butt cream on the market, we even used medicated ointment from her doctor, and literally it was just getting worse by the day.We had her air out on towels in the living room almost all day without a diaper and would change her diaper immediately at night after she would pee, again still nothing was helping.Her rash turned into open sores and blisters that were bleeding and we were desperate to help her little bum.We did everything natural under the sun, coconut oil, olive oil. Turmeric, you name it.Before this rash, We had only ever used all natural, homemade products on her as in we make our own baby powder with arrowroot powder, baking soda and cornstarch ( 2 drops of lavender eo for her nighttime powder.) & soaps etc.AnywaysNeedless to say we were super worried and stressed out from not being able to help our little one.After a ton of research I finally found this ointment and ordered it after reading the reviews.And OMGLITERALLY OVER NIGHT, the first progress was made!The sores sealed up and the redness went away over night and within the next day her rash was gone. By the 4th day, completely healed up, all redness gone!!!This stuff is literally magic. Kroger/King Soopers sells a little tube for like $8 so this size is worth every penny.I want to spread the word and help anyone who is struggling with any form of severe / stubborn diaper rash. This stuff is a Godsend and we will forever be grateful! Please always keep this product available because our little one is healed and we are all back on track with sleeping and a regular schedule now. I love this brand diaper cream and have used it on our two year old since she was born. He product itself is 5 stars, but unfortunately the lid that is on the container does not fit. It has a flip top lid, and if you try to flip it the whole lid comes off. I didn’t want to wait for a new tub of cream because we were completely out, but hopefully seller is able to fix the issue for future purchases.
