I ordered this for my grandson, who has super sensitive skin. After just one use I was very surprised at how noticeable the difference was. It stays on and doesn’t rub off easily inside the diaper. It kind of reminds me of the old school Desitin. (Which I happen to happen to have loved)

This stuff is AMAZING!! I have been using it as long as I’ve had children in diapers. It goes on thick and diaper rash clears up so fast. Even on the worst of rashes, it has cleared it up so fast. I will continue to share this product with everyone.

I find it hard to find the ingredients listed for the inactive ingredients on these products, so I am attaching a picture of the drug facts from the box. This is proving helpful already for my baby with severe diaper rash and extremely sensitive skin. My baby is sensitive to lanolin but I can't seem to find a high zinc oxide cream that doesn't have that in it.

This stuff is amazing and the only thing that works when my baby gets a diaper rash. Unlike other creams, this is actually super thick to create a real barrier, which is what you need to help the skin heal and keep it dry

Triple Paste really is the best hands down, for diaper rash. Works fast, and provides immediate relief, however, when I got this container, it basically looked empty. I have used it once, and very little, and it already looks like it is almost done. ????? Why? It's really crappy to spend money on something when it is obvious the company is really screwing us on the volume. Unfortunately it is the best for kids rashes, but why is Triple Paste selling such small amount of product in big containers??

I’m comparing this to the regular triple paste I’ve used in the past, this one is thicker paste which I actually love more to help remedy a bad diaper rash. It coats the area and works like a barrier while providing relief and repairing the skin. I always pair this with a layer of aquaphor to maximize the barrier and protection. I can usually zap a diaper rash with triple paste 3X max in a day or two! Highly recommend!

This purchase was worth it although not ideal for continuous use. I just needed something to clear up my son’s terrible diaper rash that was bleeding. It helped clear up my son’s rash in probably 2-3 days completely (accompanied by aquaphor so his butt doesn’t chap with the rash clearing up). I only give it 4 stars because it’s such a small container and by the time the third day rolled around, we had already used it all up.
