Looks like a healthy graft. Arrived quickly and healthy, and was extremely well packaged. Not a leaf out of place or discolored. A little smaller than I expected, but I feel it's still good value.

The product was carefully packaged. Everything looks good as advertised. I like that its complete. The water tray is nice and works well. In between watering every 2-3 days I set it on my windowsill. I don't have the best lighting in my apartment so this works well for me. All and all, it's a beautiful little bonsai tree.

The plant arrived in outstanding packing that protected the plant beautifully. It arrived very healthy, and because of the way it was packed it also was moist. It is also larger than I expected, a good thing. The container is ceramic and very nice, and it comes with a humidity tray with rocks. I am very impressed. It's been a week and the plant looks great. I am very hopeful this plant will be healthy long term. If you want to start or add to your bonsai collection, I highly recommend this grower.

This tree actually turned out really great. I was super hesitant, just ordering it off. Amazon seemed a little weird, but I was so happy with how it arrived. His package neatly and the tree safe and well packed. Several weeks later it is still alive, so no bad shock from the delivery or when it was packaged. it doesn’t have a bunch of yellowing or dead leaves on it, just a really pretty plant. Now we just have to keep it alive lol

I normally don't order plants online after having a few bad experiences but I've been wanting a Ginseng Bonsai for awhile now. So I took a chance and ordered this one, it was a great description of the plant and I liked what I had seen and the price wasn't bad either! When my Ginseng Ficus tree arrived, the idiot delivery guy brought it at night and without a notification my poor plant sat outside my door overnight! Thankfully here in Pennsylvania it wasn't too cold yet, but in the morning when I found it, it was cold. I quickly brought it inside and sat it by my oven which was warm from my baking. The plant sat there all day and by night it seemed fine. It was wrapped securely around the base with Saran Wrap to keep the soil in the small nursery pot,it was wet but not soggy for the trip to me. The plant hadn't been harmed by the cold because the box also had some stuffing inside to keep the plant from bumping around... I was so impressed by the quality and care given to the plant for its shipping, that I just ordered another one as a Christmas gift for a friend! Needless to say I'm very happy with this purchase, see my tree in the photo, it's been transplanted into a new pot by me and he is so handsome! Go ahead and order, have no doubt here you'll get what you paid for!!!
