It is a very undemanding plant, well suited for individuals who travel often or who are prone to forget to water their plants. Thick, round, dark green leaves sit atop fleshy stems & branches, beautifully contrasting against the thick upright trunk. I was excited to get this for my daughters birthday as we share a love for plants.The packing job was well solid and did the job getting to my daughters home. Unfortunately it was so over watered and drowned that it was dead on arrival.

Bought as a b-day gift for son. It arrived in very good condition, only losing a few leaves. He took a picture and it looked good. Only comment to the negative was that it was very well watered so will have to see if it survives the soaking. I am pretty confident it will be ok, since I have found that jade plants are pretty hardy.

I am very much impressed with this seller Brussels Bonsai, as this is not only a beautiful healthy Bonsai Jade plant in a perfect pot but their careful packaging did not go unnoticed. It was 17° last night and the styrofoam protected the plant from freezing. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Pretty sure this tree is dead. It’s soaking wet, soggy, & gnats were flying all around inside the box once I opened it. Packaging & overall setup was nice, but I’m upset I got such a dead plant.

Packaging was so difficult but the plant was definitely secure. It's alive and looks perfectly healthy. It was very watered before shipping, so I'm hoping it will dry out nicely without any issues. Overall, I'm satisfied and I would highly recommend!

I bought two bonsai from him. They both arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. There was no leaf drop or damage at all. I’ve had them for three weeks now and they still look as new as the day they arrived.

Plant was package very well. But plant leaves all very dark. Plant in window now nursing back to life.will continue to do so and in hopes will not need to ask for a replacement or refund.

For the price point, given the health of the tree, addition of fertilizer and the carefully packaging I am impressed. However, the illustration showed a cream colored pot which I really wanted. What I received was a dark pot. Wish they would make it clear what color pot you would receive or give the customer the choice.
