Looked great at arrival but now almost a month later all life has left despite directions and care. Was well packaged but there was some cold days while it was in transit and there was no protection in the box for that. In the past I’ve received a warm pack or something but I suspect it was doomed during transit.

I have ordered about 10 bonsais from this shop. Over Amazon and direct websites. They are always on point with their trees. Healthy specimens that arrive in great condition. This one however I’m disappointed with. It’s highly evident from the pictures that it was pruned right before being placed in the box for shipment. From the leaf drop in the box it’s clear it was traumatized due to being pruned right before and the shipment. It’s Smaller than advertised. Hence the four stars. I definitely have gotten better trees from Brussells Bonsai. However they are one of my top two places to order from. So definitely recommended.

Was looking to add to my bonsai collection and found this listing. The reviews had me apprehensive but it arrived VERY promptly and packaged well that there was no damage done to the plant or pot. It’s been a week so far and the tree is adapting to the new environment well, though we’ll see in the coming weeks if it’ll thrive or not.Definitely recommend to those that understand bonsai and how to take care of them. They are extremely beautiful and healthy, but if not taken care of properly they can easily wither and die.

Not what I'd call inexpensive especially after the first little while. Thought it wasn't going to make it. It came quickly and well packaged. Easy to understand care instructions. With a little love and care it's doing great. Nice size and as expected very unique. Sturdy base and trunk. It's becoming very healthy with a little patients. If you buy it give it some love and watch the leaves perk up. Happy customer.

Update after about 10 months: The bonsai tree is doing fine. It has produced lots of leaves and has dropped lots of leaves. It is still full of leaves. It has been in a north-facing window. No fruit yet.The Bonsai tree was about 9 inches tall and 6 inches wide in a pot of about 7 by 6 inches. The tree seems health. The leaves are all still on it after about a month. I have been generally watering every few days. The pot I received was a nice dark blue, which I actually like more than the white pot shown in the pictures. Not sure how many colors of pots they have. They packaged the tree very nicely to protect the tree. And the box was much stronger than the typical shipping box. So I was very happy that nothing was broken on the tree or pot. The tree leaves look like the picture they provided so I think it is a plum tree but I won't know for sure until I see a plum.
