I purchased left and right window lift(s) for a 2003 Audi A4. The price was great. The delivery estimate was 6 days at Check-Out. Somehow the stars aligned and the package arrived the next day!The replacement part is almost an exact match to the OEM component. The only problem I encountered was a difference between the OEM mounting point of the lift rails. The OEM fasteners for the lower mount are M5 (5mm metric). The replacement has the correct M5 at the front rail but is an M6x1.0 at the rear. I happened to have some M6-x1.0x20mm button head screws on hand to attach the rear rail lower mounting point.Usually the cable drum in the housing (where it mates to the motor) has a zip tie to hold the drum in place. This can be left until the housing is pressed into place. Just before snapping the housing into place cut the zip tie and remove it. This will lessen the chance that the drum can fall out.After install the list works smoothly and quietly. It is only day one so I don't have any comments on durability. The lift fit with no modification to the car door.
