Great product but they do fit tight. I had to file mine down a little for them to work properly.

This product works better than the original and if you look around for OEM ones it costs up to $ 25 per one and if you look at car parts online they ask for triple the price

They fit into the window regulator channel on this model of BMW. I did not need to shave them as others mentioned. Leave the metal clip in it. Slide it right position and push the ball nub of the regulator arm into clip until it snaps in place. Done. I'm downgrading it though because it's not the same as the original OEM slider. The metal clip is definitely shaped differently. I'm not sure if it's the clip or the overall molding of the slider, but at two points during the movement of the window, the ball of the regulator arm pops. It's not enough for the arm to pop out of the clip, but there's a noticeable bump in travel as the window moves up and down. Seems like it's not holding the ball snuggly enough. Since every time you take off the door panel of an e36, you risk damaging the $600 panel's various clips and plastic door pockets, it's probably worth getting OEM parts when fixing door internals.

The clips are very good quality. I installed in both windows, reset the actuator and both windows are working like new. Well done!!!!

These guides are as good as the OEM. They are tight in the main rail but snug in the upper rail.

My 1998 BMW 318ti had an issue with the passenger window. It turned out to be a broken regulator slider. I replaced it with the ones I found on Amazon and it worked!

The metal lock pins formed improperly, causing them dislodgeing from the window regulator easily. photo attached of the original (right) and on the left is from this supplier .

Works as advertised. Make sure to install clip with metal part pointing forward on front connector, and rearward on the aft connector.
