Works well once it's put together. The sides are a just a bit longer than the slits in the bottom of the base, requiring brute strength to put it together. However, once together it does work well. I especially like the multiple sizes it allows you to slice the bread, and holds multiple sizes of loaves.

Nice product but the instructions aren’t accurate… I had to put the walls in from the bottom. A little annoyed that I had to get a replacement for nothing but overall I’m happy with the product.

Side pieces don't fit in the slots on the bottom. I was able to slice the bread without it fitting, but it's on a slant. Very bad design. I'm not sure why it is like that with some customers and not others. It's not user error, since I had other family members try to force them to fit, and no one could make it work.

Super handy kitchen gadget to have for the bread makers. This helps makes your bread slices all uniform and neat looking so your bread looks like a million bucks. Every bread maker needs one of these!

Really nice bread cutter. was not flimsy. Does not come with a Knife but no big deal. Reviewing the choices, this was one of the few that offered all the features needed in a bread slicer. First it is made of plastic so no wood shavings in your sliced bread. has adjustable rails that can be placed anywhere to meet the actual size of the loaf to be cut, finally, the thickness of the bread can be selected from 3 sizes. Folds up nicely in a compact way to put all back in box for storage or next time use.The rails do fit tight and even a little hard to get out when done which probably is a good thing otherwise, it would fall apart while attempting to slice the bread. Light weight can comes with a pan to collect the crumbs.For the price, did not expect much but was not disappointed. It did the job, make the cutting bread simple and easy.
