Plastic and collapsible for easy storage. Easy to use. A bit overpriced though. Not very sturdy but does the job.

This bread slicing board is easy to use with all loaf sizes. Easy to clean and can be stored flat when not in use. With a little practice I was able to get the hang of cutting even slices quickly. I especially like the tray which catches the crumbs and keeps any mess contained.
