The case is plastic but very cute and to my surprise, the blade is very sharp. Maybe a bit flimsy but I would recommend.

I bought these for the ladies working our church food pantry. These are easier for us to handle than the big “guy” ones. They are cute, compact, and sharp. They do what they need to do!

I've been looking for retractable box cutters that automatically retracts when not cutting. These didn't say specifically on the website if it did or not but to my surprise, it has two functions! If you want it to automatically retract, don't push the blade out all the way. If you want the blade to stay sticking out, push the blade all the way until it clicks. My husband didn't really think they'd be useful but I find him grabbing it more than his fancy box cutters 😅. Since it comes in a pack of 3, I keep one in our miscellaneous drawer (most used one), 1 in the bedroom and one by the mail organizer. It's been my go to for opening any letter or packages. I don't have to use scissors or knives anymore nor do I have to go look in my husband's tool box for a box cutters. These are tiny but handy! Get 'em!

They are tiny little openers. You can push the blade almost all the way open and it'll retract when you let go or you can click it all the way forward and it'll stay locked with the little blade out. There are three little "cloud" cutters in the set and they seem like they would be easy to throw on a key chain or in pretty much any bag (as long as you're not headed to the airport- I don't think they can go in a carry on even though they're cute and little). I am sure that they will come in handy opening Amazon packages! lol!

I bought these for work because it was advertised as a box cutter but the blade is quite small. I'd say this is more of a letter opener. They are cute though so I'll still use them for that I guess.

These are super handy to have around the house. If you don’t want to commit to a big, scary box cutter, this is just a tiny, cute version of one. Not sure how long the blades will last, but they remain sharp and are doing good so far.
