These are compact enough to keep in your car for the winter. Those times when you need them to lean your skis and not risk them falling over they will work easily and perfectly.The magnetic base is perfect strong for how these are used.

Pretty nice holder for skis/snowboard. Not very many places to put on my vehicle that would hold (needs metal so near gas cap) Angles of my car made it so that there were very few spots that would actually hold skis. Maybe a larger model would have been better, with spokes that come out further.

Took these on our snowboarding trip for the first time this weekend, and they work as they should. The magnets are STRONG. Forgot I put then on my tailgate after packing up, and they did not budge for the whole 4.5hr trip back

This is a smart and versitile way to rest your skis or snowboard against your car so it doesn't fall off. There are strong magnets in the 2 rubber ends that provides a secure connection to a car door or quarter panel.I have a Tesla Model Y and the Teslas have steel in the front and rear quarter panel. It connected it to the rear quarter panel and placed my snowboard in between. You need to be careful with the snowboard edges as they are exposed and if it slides, it could scratch your paint. I think ski edges are covered if you put your skiis together and I feel will have a less of a chance of scratching your paint.The kit also comes with a round rubber end that you can use to rest your bike's handlebars against the car and to hold i securely.Solid magnet, versatile placement...5 stars!

These magnetic holders are indispensable. Small and individual they work perfectly separately when skiing alone or in pairs for 2 people. These simple tools make loading and unloading from the car so much easier. The small inconspicuous size keeps them out of view of sticky fingers when left on the car all day.

The holder is very strong. I holds my skis well and it looks like it will also work for my bicycle. It is less expensive than another model and so I choose this one for the price. You can hold the pieces together with the strap that is provided but it is a little cumbersome to straighten it out if you want to use all the pieces, but really probably only takes about 30 seconds. I don't think it will bother me much but that is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. The bike option is nice so after I see how that works I may have to revise this review.
