Tracer Roller Skate Plate

The Bont Tracer roller skate plate is suitable for all levels of skating. The 20-degree action is right in the sweet spot of high-speed skating and sharp turns. The plate will suit kids, boys, girls, women, and men of all abilities and ages. It can be used for indoor skating, outdoor skating, rink skating, and roller derby. This roller skating plate uses 8mm axles and works with 608 bearings.

HISTORY

Bont Skates was founded in Sydney in 1975 when Inze Bont, a recreational short track ice speed skater decided to fiberglass the back of his leather speed skates to gain more support. Bont quickly became the world's largest producer of ice speed skates and then branched out into inline speed skates, quad speed skates, roller derby skates, and long track speed skates. Bont was the first footwear manufacturer to use exotic material like fiberglass in 1974, Kevlar in 1986 and Carbon Fiber in 1989, and the first to use heat moldable resins and thermoplastics. Bont was also the first company to use adjustable ice blades and remains the world's largest producer of speed skates and custom speed skates.

I built myself a pair of roller skate with this. I am satisfy with the quality. I also bought 4 good quality rollers too.

No hardware included with the plates should have mentioned that in the description or include hardware. Just a suggestion

I got a great deal on them. The 20 degree kingpin angles are great for maneuverability and stability.axles are a few MM longer than necessary adding some weight, but for the average skater it's OK. I don't compete anymore anyway.
