Your cart is empty.The BOG-POD SSA clamps securely to a vehicle window to provide a steady viewing platform. The two way rotating camera head allows you to tilt up and down and pan left and right. The adjustment handle allows the SSA to glide smoothly and can be locked down securely. The accessory plate is 1 5/8" x 2" in size and comes with a standard 1/4"-20 camera screw and a 3/8"-16 adapter screw. The SSA clamp is wide enough to attach to Treestands, in box blind windows and on security bars up to 1" thick. The rotating head has the BOG-POD Switcheroo System incorporated so it can easily be installed to any BOG-POD Tripod.

It is a good mount, unfortunately I had to do repair work to it the first time using it. The brass indent pin came out and required to be pressed back in. Other than that, works as designed.

This mount seemed pretty sturdy, initial thought when I opened the package was a positive one.Mounted my Vortex spotting scope and identified the first issue. The orientation of the pivot does not match the direction of the mount on the scope. Using the correct mounting location the scope will only tilt left and right, not up and down. It can be used, but not correctly, it will be loose on the mount and will not provide the necessary stability for longe range viewing.Second issue.. Brass retention pin broke right away. It’s a poor design considering all of the other reviews that mentioned it. should have bought a Vortex and never looked back. Now I won’t have a new one in time for my hunt and will be waiting on the return to get my money back.1 star because product is poor quality and I have to scramble to try to find a replacement locally.

For some reason the designers of this mount made the spotter attach facing 90 degrees the wrong direction? Not sure how this is not more common on reviews. The tilt feature will tilt the scope left to right and not forward to back. You are able to rotate the mount and make it work. Other than that it is very sturdy.

This does just what I needed to use the spotting scope while inside the deer blind. The jaws on this adapter expand wide to accommodate the width of the window on the blind. Some of them I'd looked at did not expand wide enough for this application. It's been sturdy holding the scope too.

Product just arrived so I can’t comment on the product quality, but the box appeared to be re-taped and the plastic packaging it came in was damaged, but the product itself appears intact.Product included extra shipping/customs charges that equaled 44$ To Canada and charged in delivery, so think twice before you order.Already have the switcheroo from cabelas, and needed this to complete the setup, but will probably never order direct from bogpod again.

I do not like how the adapter plate has to sit the wrong way on the spotting scope. The adjustment handle then is hard to adjust and just feels awkward

Awesome little mount. All metal construction makes it an essential for my scouting adventures. Swivel is quiet and smooth. Only issue I have is it doesn't fully lock in, still moves side to side. If your on a hill and let go of the handle it moves out of sight. Other than that bog pod is the best you can but and I will own every option in there set at some time. I recomend to all

Works great with my bog pod. I use it for cameras and spotting scopes. It holds things rock steady and is easy to move and smoothly pan across the fields. I've not tried the window clamp yet, but it seems like it would work well too.
