Suitable for 4-5yr old box turtles. I saved wild ones and they used this immediately, so I assume it’s a great hideout to add in their environment. It’s semi heavy but could break easily if dropped. It also can easy peel if washing it rough, but honestly, no need to do so. It’s a great buy and worth the investment.

I already had one which came with my tank so I thought this was bigger but it’s not. Easy to clean. Maybe an inch bigger than what I had. It did arrive on time
