Ok So I thought this was going to be small but it's a lot bigger than what I expected. And it came with chains to hang it, which I thought was pretty cool. Over Nothing bad to say.

The chains are on either side of the opening so I couldn't really hang it. Super cool though, it's very big, there's no worry of my crested gecko getting stuck. Would be big enough for adult cresties and leopard geckos

I stacked and wired three of these together. Beautiful. The Hermit crabs LOVE them! They spend a lot of time in and on them. I wet them with hot water and it helps with the humidity.

The size is much larger than I was anticipating but I did order the 6”, I added a layer of natural moss to the inside and around it in my geckos enclosure. I haven’t seen him use it yet but I am sure he will like it. It’s made of a metal cage with the fibers woven around it. I didn’t find anything sharp. Should work well.

Another great find for my snakes! I love the way it looks, my snakes are drawn to it once in their enclosure. This 6 inch size is great because my snakes are growing so it'll last them a long time (as long as they don't poop in it! 😆).

It’s pretty good, this is the largest size I found for my 1yr old ball python, she’s about 2 feet long and it’s still a bit big and she gets inside of it good. She loves hiding in and under it. This is in a 40 gallon tank so I think it looks small in the pic, in person it’s a great size

I was stunned when I received this item as I was expecting a fragile, lightweight thing that my gecko or I would destroy over a couple or few weeks at best. I'm still in awe of how robust it is- this will last a very long time. The mosses are tightly packed and woven within heavy duty wire. Also the attached hanging chain is heavy duty and higher in quality in that the paint does not chip off and the links will not be bending at all unless you deliberately try (which I needed to do for proper height placement). In removing some links and re-attaching the clips (also included on each of the two chains) a couple of times, all off the parts came through and held up extremely well. They're so heavy duty that I had to use a little bit of muscle to adjust. I also had soaked the piece overnight before putting in my reptile's enclosure. I was amazed at how well it held up! It shed moss, yes, of course, but I thought at least half would fall out but I was wrong- most of it remained intact even as I rinsed it off under a strong sprayer several times. It took three days to finally dry completely and I even had it under a low heat lamp during part of the day when I could monitor the process regularly and even blow dried it on high quite a few times, just to give an idea of how densely packed the material is. It's also a bigger than I expected; I guess all the layers result in a larger diameter than described and my gecko appreciates the extra footroom. This would also make an excellent planter for a decent sized plant and the chains and clips would have no problem holding the weight of itself, the plant, and the soil. The gecko took to it immediately and it made me happy to see him go inside to check it out, come back out, and go right back in over and over! He loves it so I do.
