We needed a temporary camera we could use to monitor a baby and pets when we are out of the room, plugged into a battery pack, and this camera and app exceeded our expectations. The setup was nearly instant, and the app is extremely easy to use and functional, on two devices. We were not expecting the noise and motion detection alerts so that was a welcome surprise. The camera also looks nice physically, and the picture quality is outstanding. I like that we can select the quality of the video stream as we don't need full resolution to monitor a pet. I bought this thinking it would work along with my cell phone I live in an apartment I share the internet with the office the office is below me my router is nowhere near me I have no access to the router this camera expects you to be right next to the router you can't move it anywhere in the apartment because it has to be literally up against the router in order to get any kind of connection and to stay connected I've tried everything I can think of to get it to work but I really think I've wasted money on it it does not do what it says it's supposed to I've spent hours trying to get it to work and it does nothing it keeps saying failed to connect move closer to router failed to connect move closer to router well I can't move closer to the router so honestly it was not worth the money

I recently got a Blurams indoor security camera, and I love it. Here’s why:The dual-band Wi-Fi support is awesome, switching between 5GHz and 2.4GHz easily. My live feed stays stable, giving me peace of mind.The 2K resolution is great. Even in darkness, the infrared LED beads keep the image clear. The two-way talk feature lets me chat with family or pets from anywhere.The Smart AI Detection is fantastic. It knows the difference between people and animals, sending me instant alerts and video clips through the Blurams app. While a subscription enhances functionality, the basic features work well.The camera's compact design makes it easy to install. You can place it on a flat surface, fold it, stand it up, or mount it on the wall. I set it up in just a few minutes.I like having the choice between Micro SD card and Cloud storage. Even without a subscription, the camera saves 12-second event clips from the last 24 hours. The cloud storage meets top security standards, keeping my data secure.Overall, I’m really happy with the Blurams indoor security camera. It delivers excellent connectivity, clear imaging, smart motion detection, flexible installation, and secure storage options. I highly recommend it for home security.

This feature gives me peace of mind, knowing that my security feed won't get interrupted.The 2K resolution is impressive. Thanks to the built-in infrared LED beads, the image quality remains crystal clear, even in complete darkness. The two-way talk functionality is a great addition, allowing me to interact with my family or pets from anywhere. It enhances my security and keeps me connected to what matters most.The Smart AI Detection feature is a game-changer. The instant alerts and short video recordings sent via the blurams App keep me informed of any movement in my home, ensuring I never miss a thing. I bought this because my internet modem is no longer dual band, so my old cameras no longer could connect to the internet. I needed something that could connect to the 5ghz wifi, and this does just that.Pros:1. It's extremely easy and fast to set up;2. Compact, swivels in a circular motion in addition to horizontally/vertically so you can get more angles;3. The picture quality is fantastic, good audio;4. Easy to use app.Cons/suggestions:1. After being on for a few hours, it is super hot to the touch (I wonder if it is a fire hazard?);2. I can't adjust the angle of the camera exactly how I want it in certain areas because it isn't on a ball joint;3. I wish the arm that extends the camera outwards was longer so you can get more height in the standing position;4. The wire could be longer or come with an option for different length wires;5. I wish there was an option for noncontinuous recording where it only records when there is motion detected;6. A heavier base would make it more stable when placed in certain positions;7. It would be perfect if the bottom of the base was magnetic so you don't have to screw holes into a wall.Overall, I'm satisfied. Concerned about the devices being physically hot to the touch, though.
