These envelopes make sending 1099s so much faster. No more writing addresses. They are made for the perforated forms so if you're using regular paper it will have to be trimmed to size.

Ordered this product for the 1099's I prepare for my tax clients. These envelopes are sturdy and window allows only the addresses to be seen. The no mess peel and close option is great!

I was using these 1099 envelopes for the forms I printed using Tax1099.com through Intuit QuickBooks desktop and online versions. I printed the 1099's on regular copy paper. I did have to trim off the right side of the paper to fit into the envelopes. The windows did line up good for the return and ship to addresses when I trimmed the right side of the form. I do like that they were self-adhesive, so no glue stick to deal with. I searched high and low to find the right size envelopes to avoid the extra step of trimming which is a hassle when you are filing large amounts of 1099's, but the tradeoff was they were self-adhesive so all in all they did work with an extra trimming step. If I could find the right size envelopes, I wouldn't buy these again, but if this was my only option, I would buy them again to avoid handwriting 100's of envelopes. Suggestion for Blue Summit, please offer the correct size envelopes for 1099's printed on regular 8 1/2" x 11" copy paper.

Fit's 1099-NEC perfectly. I love that it is self-adhesive so no licking or wetting envelope glue.
