All sets of these 1099-MISC were perforated to remove the right edge except the included 1096s. This was easily remedied by just cutting off the right edge after printing. Since most 1099-MISCs are electronically filed, this will probably not cause anyone an issue except for filers that just file a few of these forms.

Perforated edges where difficult to tear. Worst, the windowed mailing address box didn't line up with the printed address. Luckily I had some envelopes left over from last year I was able to use. Again, served the purpose overall but I wouldn't recommend or purchase again.

Unfortunately I needed the 1099-nec forms and cannot figure out how to return these which have not been opened. Of course it's past the filing date now.

I only needed 4 forms so this was way more than I needed but a smaller pack without envelopes was only a couple of dollars less so I got this pack instead.

Love that this package includes envelopes. Aligned perfectly w my QB desktop version that I use. Great for small business.
