I previously wrote a negative review because I had used the wrong envelopes which did not fit. I found the original envelope today still in the package and I feel like a fool.

These forms lined up and printed perfectly with my laser jet printer. Easy to fold and put in an envelope.

First of all, it was impossible to line-up the forms so that the three on a page would all line up. The forms themselves were printed a little crooked, but to add insult to injury The QuickBooks file was not laid out properly either; there was (in total) an extra line between the first and second forms. QuickBooks will not help you if you don't order the forms from them. I cut and pasted the print file to make it fit onto the forms. There wasn't time to order new forms from QuickBooks.

The 1099 NEC Forms 2020, 4 Part Tax Forms Kit worked out great. We didn't need too many so a package o. 25 was perfect

I haven't used them yet, but I've ordered from Amazon the last several years and have never had any problem with them. They are economical and work well with Quickbooks
