I have a Mitchell O120CESB I got from GC for about $200. It, of course, came with plastic nut/saddle. Comparing the sizes with my originals with a caliper. I found that the differences were negligible. So out of the box a perfect fit for my acoustic.Swapping to the bone has turned this $200 guitar into a $500 guitar. It sounds SOOO much better. Not just the tone of the sound. But it resonates for like 60-90 seconds after strumming. Before it would go like 30-40 seconds before I couldn't hear it anymore. And it's got to be like 30% louder.I will be replacing ALL of my plastics out with these bones now.

Fit was good. Came quickly and needed very little adjustment. We took an old guitar and made it playable again. Once installed the tone of the guitar was good. Would recommend to others. Easy to install.

Please do not hesitate to buy!I'm very impressed that this is real bone, and the price can't be beat!Even the color is very nice, a kind of sharp white that really gives my guitar a more professional and higher quality look.Basically every hope I had in purchasing I found to be true. No drawbacks or negatives that I can think of to add to this review. I am purchasing my second order now. I don't mean to overdo it, lol, I myself read reviews and it strongly affects whether or not I purchase, and so I want you the reader to understand that you should have no fears or hesitation when considering whether or not to purchase. And just as it is appointed and destined for all men to die once and after this [comes certain] judgment, Hebrews 9:27 For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. 1 Corinthians 15:22 so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life [after physical death, and will actually live forever]. When the neck nut on my Ovation broke I couldn't order one from Ovation. Amazon is my friend. This is super reasonably priced and worked perfectly.

This was what it claimed to be, the material is solid real bone nut. It came without any chips or blemishes. It also came very thick and required quite a bit of sanding to bring down to size. It fit an acoustic dreadnought neck pretty perfectly, with a tiny bit of overhang. I suspect it would also fit a classical but would be too wide for some or most electrics. As with all bone nuts- it's really up to your skill level to grind this down to what you need. If it's your first time, do some reading and practice to avoid any unfortunate chipping in the string grooves. Good value, Good luck!
