I know these highlighters are meant to highlight the Bible by not bleeding through the pages but it did exactly that, bleed through, and now that part of the page is wrinkled. I’ve been using a regular highlighter for paper and it’s been working better than these. I’m sad because these are cute colors but it didn’t do what it’s advertised for :(

That’s about how they look like. They are ok but exterior color does not really reflect the color inside so I wrote on them. Here is an example, I only used one stroke. The last 2 markers are not visible with one stroke. It can get a little visible if you apply more times but the 2nd time it already gets too wet and damages the paper, especially Bible or think papers. These two seem watery. It may work on cardboard or other paper cards. I will just throw them away as they are not useful to me. So no purple. I still use them and they are fine but you can’t really tell the color inside until you try it. I think who ever designed them was a little color blind. Keep in mind on the phone it does look a bit different but it’s pretty close to reality.

The highlighters for nice and very portable. They aren’t 5 stars because the purple doesn’t really look purple and it’s a really light color so you have to do lots of layers of the purple for you to be able to see the color. And the yellow also is very light and hard to see.the other colors are very pretty though. I would recommend buying this, but if you care about if the colors on the highlighter look the same as the real other then I would suggest to buy a different highlighter.

I chose these highlighters for what they are advertised for, my bible. I wanted to test them first to make sure they won’t bleed through. As you can see in the picture, they are quite light. The lightest color is 1-stroke, then 2-strokes and 3-strokes of color. I used card stock to sample them, so I don’t know if 3-strokes of color bleed through. These are versatile and can be used not only for journaling but to create lighter color effects in adult coloring books. One thing I found, I had to ask for a replacement because one of the highlighters was leaking at the bottom seam; a replacement arrived quickly. They are worth the price advertised; I recommend these.
