Overall we are very happy with this bird playground. We are getting a conure next week and my husband wanted something for his desk so the bird can go to work with him. This playground seemed like the perfect option. The pieces were all in good condition (I read some reviews mentioning that the wood was split, but thankfully we did not have this issue). All pieces and screws were there and it came with step by step instructions and even a screwdriver (which was a nice bonus - we didn't have to go find the right size). I put it together easily and somewhat quickly. It's a big, so it took a little bit to put together but that was to be expected due to the size. It was still quickly for the size. Everything went together perfectly, my only negative is that it is a tad wobbly (the feet pre-installed on the bottom are off somehow and it tilts). I will probably just Jimmy rig it to work, but birds generally don't like being off balance, so that is the only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall we are happy with it though. The price was also decent for what we got.

So well made, very sturdy, perfect size and so easy to put together! Not too heavy so you can move it with ease. Awesome value for the high quality wood. Bottom catch tray removal so cleaning is a breeze. Stays in place with the large rubber grips that are at the bottom.

...and I really like the assembly instructions. Bags are labeled by steps. The topmost vertical pole is a bit wobbly but it's ok. Birds still use. Might be just a bit pricey though compared to their other two playgyms.

I would give 0 stars. I opened up today to begin assembling and there was no damage to shipping box or plastic everything was sealed in. I removed plastic from base plastic has no damage and saw the wood was very badly cracked upon closer inspection you can see in my photos there seem to also be what looks like chew marks around cracked area. Now again plastic was not damaged so it was packaged this way. Really disappointed 😞

I put this together wrong twice already lol. The directions aren't helpful you really just need to look at the picture. Other than that i love it. It's nice and sturdy. and great value for the price. It's a lot bigger than I thought which I'm happy about. The tray comes right out for easy cleaning and wipes down the wood with a wet cloth comes off easy.

The maerials are fine however the upgrade on the instruction is not fit with pieces in the box. The holes are not match as well and you need to create new holes to the scaffold. This extend a half an hour job to 1.5 hour job if you find out what needs to be done.
