Super useful little board. Supported widely and may be used for many other types of projects that don’t utilize gcode…

These Octopus Pro boards are absolutely fantastic, the are very feature rich with tons of inputs for fans, Thermistors, Canbus ready, ability to use PT100/PT1000 probes and so much more. I have used this board in the past with no issues and have never wished it had more features. I will say its quite large but again you for all the features this board provides you really need all that space. I cant recommend this board enough to anyone interested in using the best board you can get.

bought this for my voron 2.4 build, was immediately impressed with quality and extras in the packaging. GitHub instructions are very detailed though they may be aimed at someone a little smarter than me, but hey the had lots of pictures. After setup the cooling fan on my power supply is the loudest thing you hear even when my steppers are printing over 100mm/s amazing

Great product. I am deducting one star for the terrible documentation of a product change between versions.Make sure you read the GitHub read me for this board that tells you that some pin designations have been changed for the H723 v1.1 and they do not match the screen printing, manual or pinout.

Initially out of the box, it worked & worked well. It was nice to directly power a raspberry directly from this board. One day, after the printer finished a print job, the steppers & heaters ceased to work. I could connect a power supply to the Raspberry Pi & back feed 5V to the SKR via the serial connection. You used to be able to message a seller directly here, and with Amazon in the loop, it would keep a seller honest. But now with the current Amazon support system, I'm forced to depend this seller's (in)famous (non) support.

the pico is a great little board when I bought it from amazon they were charging $44.99 I bought one for my Voron V0.1 cause I liked the idea of how easy the pico made UART connections and the board powered the pi then as I was looking for the pinout I saw BTT was selling it for $25.99 sadly amazon doesn't have a price match and I had to return the amazon board (unopened) and at such a great price I bought 3 picos 1 for my V0.1 one for my SW and one for a project I'm planning in the future I do love this board the only complaints I have is one the UART and usb cable are a little on the short side and tow that its hard to find electroincs bays for due to all the ports angled to the side and not straight up but both seem to be done so you can attach a pi on the top of the board but I like doing it side by side anyways both are minor complaints and easily fixed if you need a board for a printer that needs only 4 motor ports you can't go wrong with this one

$35 for a board like this is quite a steal. The TMC2209 drivers are nice and quiet, and the RP2040 is far faster than I will ever need. The schematics, pinout diagrams, example configs, and pre-compiled firmware on GitHub make setup and tweaking a breeze.Usually, I hate the way you have to update firmware on BTT boards, but since I'm using Klipper, I no longer have to shuffe around SD cards. The only thing that's missing (as of 8/2022) is community support/adoption but I'm sure that will arrive soon enough.I'm a little ashamed to say so, but I'm glad that my Mini E3 v3 was crippled in a tragic wiring accident.I can't believe that the Pico is simultaneously $10 cheaper and so much faster.I still wish I hadn't made such a stupid mistake on that fateful day, but today, my printer is better than ever.Long live the mighty SKR Pico.
