I ordered this “zero” rating item because I loved the look (I bought the camo pattern) but upon arrival, I realized that I should have gone with my gut feeling and ordered a different one.The sides of this cart have NO support. This cart is rated for 88lbs. My 20lb dog leans on the side of the cart, and the entire side bulges out ans rubs up against the wheel; preventing the wheel from turning as fast as the other, which is tricky when pulling on a bicycle. Not to mention my animal or me could get injured. And there’s no way the material will last with rubbing against the wheel. I know I can modify this to work, but I’m going to basically be damaging a $124 cart, in order for that to happen, so I decided to return it.After I chose to return it, I get an email from the seller stating “there is no need to return this. Please send us some photos so we make the product better”. Because they’re allowing me to keep it, I took the time to take photos and even draw lines/ arrows, on how I would fix it. After I sent the photos, the company writes back saying thank you, and offers me $40 credit to keep the cart. I wrote them back saying they had already told me to keep the cart and I would not pay $84 ($124 I paid minus the $40 credit they wanted to give me) for something I have to damage, to make work. They then offer me half, $62, to keep the cart… again after telling me in 3 emails that I don’t have to return it! I’m returning it to them, as it’s dumb to pay even a $1 for something that you have to modify to make it work as it’s supposed too. Pretty embarrassing for the seller to even offer this after telling me to keep it. I’m glad I kept the box and that I waited before I modified it.

The first day I had it the wheel came off while pulling it and the hitch broke so I just junked it and won't ever buy anything from them again and it wasn't what i expected
